KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 20 (Bernama) -- Malaysia’s Chamrun Digital has developed Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, which focus on overcoming pressing public sector challenges from operational bottlenecks to service delivery gaps, its group chief executive officer Dr Behrang Parhizkar said.

“We are working closely with government officials on a range of practical, high-impact solutions that are now in discussion, design and early implementation stages.”

These initiatives demonstrate how Agentic AI can improve operational efficiency, strengthen evidence-based decision-making and enhance services for citizens,” he said in a statement here today.

He said that by working hand-in-hand with government officials and partnering with global tech companies like Google, Microsoft and AWS, Chamrun Digital is turning bold ideas into actionable AI solutions.

One of the key initiatives focuses on strengthening food security. A centralised AI-powered crop intelligence system is being developed to predict supply-demand trends, optimise import–export planning, and strengthen food security.

Another is an AI assistant to personalise visitor engagement, streamline event management and optimise tourism promotion strategies.

“Once ready, these solutions will be tested through targeted pilot projects, seamless cross-agency integration and eventually rolled out nationwide. We strongly focus on transparency and ethical AI governance to ensure long-term success and public trust.

“When fully rolled out, these solutions have the power to revolutionise public services, touching and improving the lives of millions of Malaysians,” he explained.
